Gaiarcadia brings together people from many disciplines, cultures, professions and ways of knowing. Fellowship provides one way of recognising those whose contribution has particular resonance with this wider field.
A Fellow need not fit a single professional category. The qualities that matter may include depth of knowledge, originality of thought, practical experience, creative contribution, wisdom, leadership, capacity for dialogue, or sustained commitment to human and planetary flourishing.
Nor does Fellowship imply that every Fellow shares the same worldview. Gaiarcadia benefits from thoughtful differences. What matters is the possibility of genuine contribution to an open, interdisciplinary and evolving conversation.
Some Fellows may contribute frequently through Academy programs, GAIAS, Summits, GaiaViews or projects. Others may have a more occasional relationship. Fellowship can accommodate both without turning a living relationship into a rigid organisational role.
